Hollis L. Banks

On April 10, 1957 a beautiful baby boy, Hollis Lee Banks was born to Tom Banks II and Dorothy Mae Banks in Freeport Community Hospital. Hollis attended West Columbia Elementary and went on to Graduate from West Columbia High School in 1975. Hollis was very athletic, Talented, and a Prankster all of his life. Hollis grew up in Brazoria Tx and accepted Christ at a young age. He was a member of Greater Saint Paul Baptist Church, under the guidance of Rev. Willis. Hollis was an entrepreneur of many trades. He loved Fishing, Cooking, Playing Dominoes, and being with Family and Friends. Hollis Lee Banks is proceeded in Death by his Father Tom Banks II, Mother Dorothy Mae Banks and Oldest Sister Brenda Nell Johnican. He Leaves to cherish his memories, Brother Tom Banks III {Angela} of Angleton Tx, Sister Helena Mae Banks of Brazoria Tx, Sister Julie Ann Lacy of Corpus Tx, and Brother-N-Law Grady Johnican of Lake Jackson Tx. He also leaves Six Nephews, Five Nieces and a host of Great Nephews, Great Nieces, Cousins, Family and Friends. Hollis Lee Banks went home to be with the Lord Thursday, October 3 rd  at 10:18 pm at the age of 67. He passed away at the Brazos Healthcare Center with his niece Dorothy Johnican at his bed side.
