On December 17, 1939 a bouncing baby boy was born to Willie b. Simms and charlie Olison whom they named charlie Olison jr. charlie grew up in hempstead, TX before moving to alvin, TX. He graduated from Angleton High School. after high school charlie became a cement foreman before moving back to hempstead, TX where he began his own business, bill's seafood restaurant. Charlie, whom many knew as billy was a member of the progressive missionary baptist church in hempstead, TX.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, step-father hayward Simms, two grandsons, and a host of uncles and aunts.
He leaves to cherish the memories children Charlie, Timmy, Darryl, Daphne, Jarvis, and Ronald; 25 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; a host of cousins and friends.
